A Canadian visitor came to South Africa on safari telling me that he owns his own vodka brand. He asked me to introduce his vodka into Africa. Directly after the safari, I flew him and his fiancé to Cape Town and hosted them as my guests. Literally driving them to each possible contact I had in the liquor industry. Arranging tastings of his vodka, and with the help of Beyers Truter, the owner of Beyerskloof Winery. I had a willing distributor and a listing of the Canadian's vodka with all the retailers in South Africa. I grew fond of the process and the people; I soon became inspired to proceed and create my own products. And now I find myself in this very unique business called the liquor trade. Truly a rollercoaster, but fun none the less. My sure determination to succeed has helped me create these incredible products, and I am honoured to be able to share them with you.
